1. Non-reflection of Transactions in the ePayment Server
If your transaction is not reflected in the ePayment server despite High-Sync communication, follow these steps:
- Check with the office SA to ensure High-Sync is happening as scheduled.
- If the transaction is still not reflected, raise a ticket in the CSI help desk and send an email to the following officers:
- Level 1: rohini.asnl@indiapost.gov.in, CEPT POS Team <PoS.cept@indiapost.gov.in>
- Level 2: mohandoss.k@indiapost.gov.in, Sailal C <sailalc@indiapost.gov.in>
- Level 3: adceptmysuru@indiapost.gov.in
Include the following details in your email:
1) Customer Receipt Number
2) Counter Receipt Number
3) Date of Booking
4) Office of Booking
5) Amount (in Rs.)
6) No. of Grams
7) CSI Ticket Number
2. Realisation of Customer Cheque/DD Mode of Payment
Ensure that cheques/DDs are realized within the stipulated time for the SGB Booking Office. If not reflected in the ePayment server, reach out to the concerned HO for resolution.
3. Resetting/Forgot Username/Password
To reset or recover your username/password, send an email request to the following officers:

- Level 3: dirmumbaigpo@indiapost.gov.in

4. Creation/Disabling of Login Credentials for Head Post Office
For creating/disabling login credentials for HOs, send an email request to the following officers:

- Level 3: adceptmysuru@indiapost.gov.in

1) Name of the Office

5. Adding/Removing details of the Booking Post Office
To add/remove a Post Office name in the Booking Office list under HO in the SGB portal, send an email request to the following officers:
