इस अवसर पर गुयाना सहकारी गणराज्य के राष्ट्रपति डॉ. मोहम्मद इरफ़ान अली, सूरीनाम गणराज्य के राष्ट्रपति श्री चंद्रिकाप्रसाद संतोखी और अन्य गणमान्य अतिथि उपस्थित रहे।

The President of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, Dr. Mohamed Irfan Ali, the President of the Republic of Suriname, Mr. Chandrikaprasad Santokhi, and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
