In order to mitigate Risk and safeguard our end users, we are shortly introducing a Device Binding Validation method in our Micro-ATM devices.

Following are the key features of Device Binding in our Micro ATM devices :

a) Every user has to register his/her MATM Device. This will bind his/her Agent ID with the Device ID.

b) For this, a Register Link shall be provided on the MATM login screen. The user needs to provide his/her Agent ID and Mobile Number (mapped in AMS).

c) A Device can be registered only with the SIM of the Mobile number (mapped in AMS system) is present in MATM device.

(OTP will be auto-fetched which will be triggered only on mobile number available in AMS ID)

d) Thereafter, on every subsequent login system will validate AMS ID and respective Device ID.

e) Hence, End user will not be able to login using any device other than their own registered device.

f) One user can have only one registered device at a time.

Note :

All Branches are hereby instructed to map only IPPB provided Mobile Numbers in respective AMS ID’s of their end users.

End Users would not be able to login in Micro ATM App if any other/alternate Mobile number is updated in AMS after introduction of this new Change.
