We are happy to inform that our new Mobile Banking Application with UPI Services has been rolled out for customers today. The application may be downloaded by any IPPB customer from Google Playstore . The new mobile banking application has some major upgrades with inclusion of UPI services, Bill Payments (supported by new backend platform), Aadhaar Seeding on Mobile Banking App (Android). We request you all to be sensitive to the customer feedback & complaints. The following new functionalities are now available on Mobile Banking App (Android) 1. UPI Services: Send, Collect, Scan & Pay using QR, Approve/Reject a collect request 2. Pay Bills : Bill payments, Payment Reminders, Auto Pay, New User Interface. 3. Aadhaar Seeding : Customers can now see their correct seeded bank which will significantly increase the  success rate for Aadhaar seeding  Please note: 1. iOS is still on older version. Please find trail mail from CEPT EOD on the ENTERED/POSTED/PARTLY POSTED transactions for the CBS Transactions dated 19/11/2020.   As POs are aware, DC closure need to be done on same day as there are several dependencies  like GL, DWH batch jobs, Channel Transactions, MIs Refresh etc. In order to complete DC closure following activities wrt transactions which were in ENTERED/PARTLY POSTED/POSTED status were carried out. Action to be taken for these transactions are given below     1.       ENTERED Transactions were deleted from backend .   Action – POs to check the list of Tran ID pertaining to their PO and ensure that new account/subsequent deposit transaction to be initiated again today . Accounting of these transactions to be done if not done yesterday. Necessary error book entries to be made. POs may be instructed not to fund in the new account where Transaction was DELETED which will create issues like non generation of interest, etc. We have several tickets in these

DC Closure for 18/11/2020 is not yet completed due to technical issues. Technical teams are still working to resolve the same. Few POs have performed transactions today morning which may be in ENTERED/POSTED/PARTLY POSTED status including Inward and Outward clearing zones. Details of the same also could not be retrieved as DB is still inaccessible. We will share the same to CPCs once DB is accessible for intimation to concerned POs. POs might not be able to perform transactions today in Finacle post restoration. In order to ensure smooth functioning of Finacle tomorrow, CPCs are requested to kindly support us for clearing the ENTERED/POSTED/PARTLY POSTED transactions if any to complete DC Closure for 19/11/2020. It is requested to kindly ensure that CPCs officials are available for supporting CEPT EOD team . POs may kindly be informed accordingly.
