How to use the PMA Monitoring Utility?

1) Copy all the files into a folder.
2) Run the RENAME_FILE.BAT which is available in the folder
3) Run the PMA.EXE application file.
4) Enter the data as per the data entry form
5) Enter the office name as per the PMA MIS Report
6) If you are familiar with access directly open the PMA_DB.mdb and copy and paste the values from your existing available data.

Daily use:

1) Run the PMA MIS report of your division through URL
2) Copy the non synced offices data with header (OFFICE NAME)
3) Open excel and paste the data which is copied from MIS
5) Save the file as PMA.CSV ( as CSV file) in the application folder
6) Run the PMA.exe file to analyze the data.
8) To view the report press F10 from the List Box in the application. You can also filter Sub Division wise, DSM Wise & office wise reports to improve the PMA Performance.
