Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AePS) of IPPB has brought banks to the doorsteps of the villagers and poor. Since its launch more than 1.17 Crore AePS transactions have been carried out in which 94.75 lakh transactions have taken place during COVID -19 lockdown

This is regarding release of REVISED TEMPLATE for creation of new Finacle User ID. Currently Finacle User IDs were created as ALPHANUMERIC CHARACTERS and later mapped to CSI ID for CSI rolled out offices. Patches have been deployed for creation of Finacle User Id directly as CSI ID. It is hereby informed that New Finacle Users will be created as CSI ID. New template is attached for creation. Features Of New Template : 1. Employee ID of the user should be CSI ID. 2. Preferred User ID field is locked and Employee ID will be replicated automatically . • CPCs are requested to kindly use this template from 01/07/2020 without fail. • Request for new creation will be rejected if request is uploaded in old template. • Issues if any faced in using this tool or issues in new creation may be reported to cbsuid-cept@indiapost.gov.in immediately. Dear Team, Without paying all 60 installment RD accounts cannot be extended. For accounts with default, the SOL has to use PMDDRD to defer the maturity date; no. of deferments allowed is based on number of defaults. For accounts having only one default, the account can be deferred 4 times if defaulted installment is not paid. After that period, the account cannot be deferred and it has to be closed. How to use the PMA Monitoring Utility? 1) Copy all the files into a folder. 2) Run the RENAME_FILE.BAT which is available in the folder 3) Run the PMA.EXE application file. 4) Enter the data as per the data entry form 5) Enter the office name as per the PMA MIS Report 6) If you are familiar with access directly open the PMA_DB.mdb and copy and paste the values from your existing available data. Daily use: 1) Run the PMA MIS report of your division through URL 2) Copy the non synced offices data with header (OFFICE NAME) 3) Open excel and paste the data which is copied from MIS 5) Save the file as PMA.CSV ( as CSV file) in the application folder 6) Run the PMA.exe file to analyze the data. 8) To view the report press F10 from the List Box in the application. Any employee having covid-19 symptoms and seeking help for self or dependent can register using the registration form. When the submit button is pressed, the form will be sent to nodal officer in the circle for necessary action. A SMS is sent to the employee as well as to the nodal officer.
