Due to non-availability of tendered airline to carry Department of Post's mails destined for pakistan,.

The competent authority has decided to temporarily suspend the  booking and transmission of EMS articles meant for patistan w.e.f. 28 December 2019 tiI further orders.

However,

Facility for exchange of ordinary mail with pakistan will remain intact via surface route at Wagah Border (Punjab Circle)

UIDAI, the Unique Identification Authority of India, has issued a crucial update regarding the ECMP (Enrolment Client Multiplatform) client. With the aim of enhancing security and efficiency, UIDAI has revoked older versions and promoted ECMP version 182-3 to stable, effective from February 2, 2024. Key Points 1. Stable Release of ECMP 182-3:    - As of January 23, 2024, ECMP version 182-3 has been promoted to stable, ensuring reliability and performance. 2. Revocation of Older Versions:    - On February 2, 2024, UIDAI took the necessary step of revoking older versions of the ECMP client in production. 3.
