Sub: Instructions regarding Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute resolution) Scheme-reg.

This is with reference to this office letter no. No. PA/BK1(c)/ST/VII/2017-18/Part/D-609 dated 24.12.2019 regarding settlement of the legal notices/ litigation & dispute with respect to Service Tax. As it is already intimated vide this office letter that all matters related to Service tax
can be resolved by filing a declaration of payments under Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute resolution) scheme.

The deceleration under section 125 shall be made electronically at https://cbic-gst.gov.in in Forms SVLDRS-1 by the declaration, on or before the 31 December, 2019 and compliance may be reported to the Directorate. But, till now no compliance has been received from your end. Since, the matter is urgent and action may be taken on top priority. So, it is requested to handle the matter expeditiously and action taken report shall be submitted to Directorate by 30th December, 2019
