Navsari Division Rotational Transfer For The Year – 2011-12

1.) The rotational transfer orders for the year 2011-12 are to be issued this year as usual. The staff members who will complete their prescribed tenure by 30/09/2011 will be transferred without fail.

2.) All concerned may therefore submit their request for transfer to the place of their choice. They should specifically mention as to whether they are willing to be transferred at their choice station at their own request & cost.

3.) Application for transfer made earlier by any officials may be applied  afresh. There is no guarantee of transfer as per one’s choice station/office. The officials who have not completed   tenure are also  liable to be   transferred keeping in view ability & efficiencies for computerised post offices and as per administrative need & exigencies.

4.) In our division both HOs and 29 SOs are already computerised and 6 IInd class SO is likely to be computerised shortly and therefore very insignificant manual work remains in all offices. Therefore each and every official will have to exposed for computer operation and any kind of disgust for computer work will not be tolerated.

5.) The request application may be submitted in full form as far as possible covering full details shown overleaf duly addressed to the undersigned.

6.) All the in-charge of the offices should submit the request applications & extension application if any in one lot so as to reach this office on or before 07-02-2011.

7.) Sr. Postmaster, Navsari HO and Postmaster Bilimora HO will please send the list of officials who have completed their prescribed tenure on 30.09.2011 immediately.
