Instruction Regarding NEFT/RTGS Facility Is Launched In India Post CBS Scenario

Dear SPOCs,

                It is to intimate that, NEFT/RTGS facility is launched in CBS scenario. 

Hence, Sundays and Holidays will be treated as working days henceforth.

                It is therefore requested to intimate that, SOL official will not add any kind of transaction after invoking HISCOD.

The SOL official will ensure BOD date before adding transaction.

Specially on day before Sundays

 i.e. on Saturdays and day before holidays SOLs will not add any kind of transactions after invoking HISCOD.

                For smooth working and completion of EOD, concerned Dos will obtained NIL blocking validation reports from every SOL under their jurisdictions on daily basis.

To avoid unnecessary delay in Sundays and Holidays EOD process, all DOs and ROs will issue strict instructions to all SOLs to follow these guidelines on daily basis and ensure NIL blocking validations.

                Inspite of instructions, any SOL adds any transaction on Sundays/ Holidays, concerned DOs/ROs will be held responsible to clear blocking validations without any delay. 

Such type of irregularities will be viewed seriously by competent authority.
