This is regarding the Decentralisation of Finacle User ID operations to concerned Circle CPCs.
 
Currently circle CPCs are consolidating the requests received in mail from divisions and uploading in User ID Portal. These requests are processed by user ID team from CEPT Chennai. In order to resolve current operational issues reported by CPCs, it has decided to decentralise the User ID  operations (Role/Sol Change/Deletion/Undeletion)
 
In the new process,

Divisions will be uploading the User ID request in existing CEPT MIS Web Portal using their existing login credentials.

Concerned Circle CPCs will be processing the requests with their login credential.

UIDAI ECMP Client Version Revocation, Version 182-3 Promoted To Stable And Upgrade Guidelines With Full Installer

UIDAI, the Unique Identification Authority of India, has issued a crucial update regarding the ECMP (Enrolment Client Multiplatform) client. With the aim of enhancing security and efficiency, UIDAI has revoked older versions and promoted ECMP version 182-3 to stable, effective from February 2, 2024. Key Points 1. Stable Release of ECMP 182-3:    - As of January 23, 2024, ECMP version 182-3 has been promoted to stable, ensuring reliability and performance. 2. Revocation of Older Versions:    - On February 2, 2024, UIDAI took the necessary step of revoking older versions of the ECMP client in production. 3.
