Nowadays Substitute Procedure For WebEx Connection
Only on Sify internet WebEx will not be connected now a days so follow the below procedure
1. Connect mobile data also
2. Connect webex through download desktop app means WebEx.exe
3. After acceptance or Approve the request, Please disconnect the mobile data.
4. After disconnect mobile data no effect on WebEx screen sharing because sify net is already on.
5.Then TCS executive shall work on Screen share and resolve Your problem.
