Objectives :

NANYATHA software is developed with an objective to monitor the Letter Boxes clearance by Postal Administration and to provide the clearance information to the public.

Methodology :

• Android app loaded in smart phone used to scan Unique Letter box number stuck on inner side of the letter box door.
• Date, time, location, number, person details uploaded to the website https://appost.in/nanyatha. 
• Public member visit site : https://appost.in/nanyatha and enter location of LB to find details
• Departmental officials can monitor the clearance of Letter Boxes under their jurisdiction by logging in with the given userid/password.

Implementation Steps :

1. Circles to Provide the data of Letter boxes in the attached excel format annexure-2 (Keep GPS-1 & GPS-2 as blank)
2. Copy the APKS in to the internal storage of the mobile phone (APKS attached) Download
3. Install the apks in Mobile phone having GPRS/3G/2G.

Once the data received at RO or CO team the same will be submitted to CEPT Hyderabad

On Receipt of Details Submitted by Verious Divisions CEPT Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh in prescribed format CEPT Members will upload details in Central Server

After Successfull Upload CEPT Hyderabad Team will Send Web URL and User Credentials for Login and Monitoring Purpose

Updation of GPS Coordinates (Using Nanyatha GPS) :

This  is one time activity for each and every letter box. Make sure that you are updating the Latitude and Longitude of the letter box at the physical location of Letter box for updating the data to the server accurately.

Endorse one official like PRI(P) with Letter Box peon to collect all GPS Coordinates of all the Letter Boxes just to authenticate the master data.

Open the app “NanyathaGPS”

In the First page of the Screen, Please enter/scan the barcode of the particular letterbox and enter “Get Location” Button. It will show the latitude and longitude of the current Location

 Once it shows the latitude and longitude, Press next and upload the details and you will get a success message

Updation of Daily Letter Box Clearance :

 For updating the daily ordinary letters data

Open the app “Nanyatha”

1.  Scan / Enter Barcode
2.  Enter GetLocation, Enter EmployeeID, No of letters and click next
3. Click ” Upload” to upload the data in to the server.

NanyathaCheck app is used to check whether the data is updated or not for a particular Letter Box. (Optional)

Current Status of Implementation:

2863 Number Of Letter Boxes In 26 Cities Of 8 Circles (13 Regions , 32 Divisions) Are Monitored Through This.
