There is a maintenance activity scheduled in
IDAM portal on 22 Dec 2019 (Sunday) from 10
AM to 2 PM
Impact :
IM portal will not be available during downtime.
Users will not be able to change their passwords,
Helpdesk team will not be able to access IM
portal for unlock user accounts/password reset,
and RDAs will not be able to do the role
assignments.
User will not be able to see data in View My
Submitted Task prior 22nd Dec 2019 (currently
user can see last 15 days data) post DB Maintenance activity.
