Gujarat Circle : Instructions For Implementation of e-Clearance Of 'LETTER BOXES'

The progress in implementation of electronic clearance of letter boxes across the country is being monitored by the Prime Minister’s Office andhence, to expedite the matter, primary it is decided to implement the same in 10 identified letter boxes as attached in Annexure A.

It is requested to get installed this application in a mobile phone of LB peon having a android mobile phone with 2G/3G data connectivity.

Reimbursement of net connectivity to such LB peon be considered & paid by the Divisional Head.

Mobile phone of sufficient features may also be provided to LB peon in case if LB peon does not have android mobile phone.
